We offer a Service uptime guarantee of 99% of available time per month, except for:

3. Force Major: Events beyond our reasonable control, as defined by UAE law, including acts of God, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

 

Backups

We are not responsible for Content residing on the Website. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate backups of your Content. On certain occasions, we may restore data for our own purposes, but we make no guarantees regarding the availability or accuracy of such data.
