Our refund policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a refund within this period. A pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

Please note that if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund unless otherwise required by UAE law.

  • Your account with Gaminglocus.online must be in good standing with no outstanding dues.
  • The service must not have been used or activated.
  • The service must be malfunctioning or not working as described at the time of purchase.

 

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. It is important to distinguish between a service that is not functioning and a situation where you are experiencing an error message due to incorrect setup or configuration. Technical issues may be related to software or user setup errors and may not qualify for a refund.

 

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Any services that have been fully or partially used.
  • Situations where the issue is due to a third-party software integration or compatibility issues beyond our control.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period, except where otherwise mandated by UAE consumer protection laws.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

 

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, and the credit will automatically be applied within a reasonable timeframe as per your bank’s policies.

This Policy adheres to the UAE Consumer Protection Law, which provides consumers with the right to refunds for defective or misrepresented services. If a service is found to be defective or not as described, we will provide a refund in compliance with UAE regulations.
